Every order on Orzonno is cash on delivery. You pay the courier when the parcel is in your hand — nothing is charged when you place the order.
Delivered within 25 days, or $5 back
When you place an order we lock a delivery deadline — 25 days from that moment. If your parcel has not reached you by then, we send you $5 back. You do not need to ask; we track the deadline for you.
The date is shown on your order confirmation and on your invoice, so you always know where you stand.
Why we can promise this
We only list products we can actually deliver in time. Anything that cannot make the window is not sold. That is why the guarantee is a promise, not a gamble.
