We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, specifications, availability, and prices. However, minor variations may occur between product images and the actual product. Prices and availability may change without prior notice, subject to applicable laws.

Placing an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance. We may contact you by phone or other available means to verify your order. Orders may be cancelled where a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, or cannot reasonably be fulfilled.

Orzonno.com offers both locally stocked products and dropshipped/pre-order products.

• In-stock products: delivery within 24 hours inside Dhaka and approximately 2–4 business days outside Dhaka, subject to courier conditions.
• Dropshipped/pre-order products: delivery may take approximately 15–38 days, depending on supplier processing, international shipping, customs, courier services, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

The applicable estimated delivery time will be communicated or displayed for the relevant product/order whenever possible.

Delivery times are estimates and are not absolute guarantees. Customers should provide an accurate and reachable delivery address and phone number.

Most of our products are available through Cash on Delivery (COD). For COD orders, customers are required to pay the confirmed amount to the delivery person upon receiving the product.

Customers should inspect the package and product as reasonably as possible at the time of delivery and report any eligible issue according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Returns, refunds, replacements, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh.

Customers may be required to provide order details, photographs, videos, or other reasonable information to verify a claim.

Customers must provide accurate contact, delivery, and order information. Repeated refusal or failure to receive confirmed COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.

Cancellation requests should be made as early as possible. Once an order has been processed, shipped, or handed over to a supplier/courier, cancellation may not be possible.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier disruptions, customs procedures, supplier delays, natural disasters, political unrest, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events. We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in such circumstances.

Customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use necessary information to process orders, arrange delivery, provide customer support, and fulfil our legal obligations.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Orzonno.com aims to conduct its business in compliance with applicable Bangladeshi e-commerce, consumer protection, payment, taxation, and other relevant laws and regulations.
