Shipping Policy

Estimated delivery times vary by product type:

• Local stock — inside Dhaka: usually delivered within 24 hours.
• Local stock — outside Dhaka: usually delivered within 2–4 working days.
• Dropshipped / international products: approximately 15–38 days, depending on product availability, supplier processing, customs clearance, and courier conditions.

The estimated delivery period will be communicated clearly on the relevant product/order page whenever applicable.

Most of our products are available through Cash on Delivery (COD). Customers may pay the applicable order amount to the delivery agent upon receiving the product.

For certain products, locations, or special orders, advance or partial payment may be required, and this will be communicated before order confirmation.

Applicable delivery charges will be displayed or communicated before order confirmation. Any additional charges, where applicable, will be disclosed to the customer in advance.

Orders are normally processed after confirmation. We may contact customers by phone or other available communication methods to verify an order, particularly for COD orders.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by weather, public holidays, courier disruptions, customs procedures, supplier delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of significant delays.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate name, phone number, delivery address, and other required information. Delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information may result in additional delivery charges.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable or cannot be delivered within the communicated timeframe, Orzonno.com will inform the customer and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable Bangladesh consumer and e-commerce laws and our applicable refund/cancellation policy.
