Refund & Return Policy

• Local stock products: delivery within 24 hours inside Dhaka and 2–4 business days outside Dhaka, subject to courier conditions.
• Dropshipped/international products: delivery may take approximately 15–38 days depending on supplier processing, shipping, customs, and other circumstances beyond our direct control. The estimated delivery period will be communicated before or at the time of order confirmation.

A customer may request a return/refund where:

• The product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its description.
• The wrong item or quantity was delivered.
• The product fails to meet a clearly stated specification or condition provided on the website.

Customers should contact Orzonno.com within 48 hours of receiving the product with the order number and appropriate photo/video evidence where applicable.

Products that are correctly delivered and match the description generally cannot be returned solely because of a change of mind, unless otherwise stated on the individual product page.

For hygiene, safety, or customized products, additional return restrictions may apply and will be disclosed before purchase.

After receiving and verifying an eligible returned product, Orzonno.com will process the applicable refund within a reasonable period.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will normally be made through an appropriate electronic payment method or bank/mobile financial service after the customer's payment details are verified.

If the issue is caused by Orzonno.com, the applicable product/return delivery costs will be handled in accordance with our return arrangement.

Customers may request cancellation before the order is dispatched, subject to the order status and applicable terms. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Delivery estimates for dropshipped products are not guaranteed where delays arise from customs, carriers, suppliers, natural events, or other circumstances beyond Orzonno.com's reasonable control.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights or protections available to consumers under the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh.
